Understanding the NYSED Math Standards Process & Content Strands is critical if we are to bring conceptual understanding into the classrooms. This forum provides an opportunity for mathematics educators from the Hudson Valley RSSC client schools to work together to explore the most effective strategies for improving teaching and learning and to share their experiences facilitating mathematics reform. Participants will explore and apply strategies from various instructional modules designed to promote effective math practices at the district, building and classroom level.
